FIRST THING

we must have place to build the house

contact with the municipal or ' MAJLIS PERBANDARAN ' in your state to searh an empty lot

when you buy an empty lot,you get a grant 

or let say it was permit to build ur house on that lot

 

SECOND

we must design the structural of house

it's up to buyers or yourself to design your dream house

using 3D structure

create with AUTOCADD software

front view,side view,plan view

how big your house

how many part do you want

you can design it by yourself

even u can contact an expert or amature architect

 to design your house

there you go

then you paid a contractor to build your house

Tadaaaaaa!!
